运用GC和GC/MS分析了鱼油、多烯脂肪酸(PUFA)和DHA奶粉中脂肪酸组成.结果表明以鱿鱼油制备的PUFA中主要脂肪酸是十六碳烯酸、十六碳酸、十八碳三烯酸、十八碳一烯酸、二十碳五烯酸、二十碳四烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸和二十二碳五烯酸;采用SNS法制备的PUFA,(DHA+EPA)含量可达97.80%,采用不同试剂组合处理,可使PUFA中DHA,EPA含量分别达到77.76%,76.71%;DHA奶粉比全脂奶粉含有更多的不饱和脂肪酸,特别是DHA和EPA丰富,营养价值高,质量上乘
The fatty acid composition of fish oil, polyene fatty acid (PUFA) and DHA milk powder was analyzed by GC and GC / MS. The results showed that the main fatty acids in PUFA prepared from squid oil were hexadecanoic acid, palmitic acid, stearidonic acid, octadecadienoic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, arachidonic acid, Docosahexaenoic acid and docosapentaenoic acid.
