为适应中国城市公交流量大、发车频率高的特征,改善管理能力,运用动态规划方法进行建模,解决公交信号优先策略应对多申请的问题。将多优先申请的排序问题归结为以信号相位为决策阶段的多阶段最优决策问题。案例分析中,以相位最小绿灯时间为约束条件,以优先申请总人延误和总车延误最小作为最优决策目标。结果表明:相对于先到先服务的优先申请服务方法,该模型能够显著降低优先申请的总人延误和总车延误,在优先约束相对严格的情形下依然具有较高的效率。
In order to adapt to the characteristics of large urban bus traffic and high starting frequency in China, improve the management ability and use dynamic programming method to solve the problem of multi-application of bus priority strategy. The sequencing problem of multi-priority applications can be attributed to the multi-phase optimal decision problem with signal phases as the decision phase. In case analysis, taking the minimum green light time as the constraint condition, the priority of total delay and total vehicle delay is taken as the optimal decision target. The results show that this model can significantly reduce the total delay and the total vehicle delay of priority applications compared with the first-come, first-serve service method, and still has higher efficiency when the priority constraints are relatively strict.
