柴油机高功率化、长寿命化和轻量化以及排放法规对策等,使发动机的工作条件变得更加苛刻,因此,必须提高零件材料的质量及强度。在发动机零件中,直接构成燃烧室的气缸盖热负荷和机械负荷更加严酷,为了提高其耐热强度,在形状和材料方面要进一步采取相应的措施。 本文以提高铸铁气缸盖的耐热强度为目的,用试样进行模拟试验,以解析气缸盖热疲劳龟裂产生的机理,并以定量分析的方法求得各种因素对热疲劳影响的结果。
High-power diesel engine, long life and lightweight and emission regulations and other measures to make the engine working conditions become more demanding, therefore, must improve the quality of parts and materials and strength. In the engine parts, the cylinder head directly constituting the combustion chamber is subjected to more severe thermal and mechanical loads. In order to increase its heat resistance, further measures are to be taken in terms of shape and material. In order to improve the heat resistance of the cast iron cylinder head, this paper uses a sample to simulate the experiment to analyze the mechanism of the thermal fatigue cracking of the cylinder head, and obtains the result of various factors on the thermal fatigue by quantitative analysis.
