在现场调研及室内试验基础上,完成了云南省首条完全采用石灰岩材料铺筑的大孔隙排水沥青路面试验段铺筑及现场施工质量监控。通过室内试验对高粘沥青含量、混合料抗飞散、渗水系数等关键性能指标进行了设计验证;对于施工前防水粘结层、施工中拌合、摊铺以及碾压等工序进行了重点质量控制。摊铺后的测试结果说明:高粘沥青混合料空隙率、稳定度、高温稳定性、析漏、残留稳定度、浸水飞散等指标均符合技术指标要求;施工段落总体质量可控。该条试验路的成功铺筑可为排水沥青路面的推广应用以及材料选择提供借鉴和参考。
On the basis of field investigation and laboratory tests, the pavement construction and site construction quality monitoring of the first large-pore drainage asphalt pavement fully paved with limestone material in Yunnan Province were completed. Through laboratory tests, the key performance indicators such as the content of high viscosity asphalt, anti-scattering of mixture and water seepage coefficient were verified. The key quality control of waterproof adhesive layer, mixing, paving and rolling during construction were carried out. . The test results after paving show that the indexes of void content, stability, high temperature stability, leak, residual stability and soaking of high viscosity asphalt mixture all meet the technical requirements. The overall quality of the construction section can be controlled. The successful paving of the test road can provide reference and reference for the popularization and application of drainage asphalt pavement and material selection.
