现代建筑尤其是高层建筑,因为建筑功能及特性复杂、内部装饰材料多、专业管道竖井多、人员密集、监控要求高、投资规模大,一旦发生火灾所造成的人员伤亡和经济损失不可估量。为了避免火灾的发生、提高自救功能,安全可靠的供电系统、及时准确的火灾自动报警及消防联动控制系统成为电气安全设计的重中之重。本文以王坡煤业有限公司王坡矿井12层单身公寓楼为例,就高层民建的火灾自动报警及消防联动控制系统的电气设计给予说明。
Modern buildings, especially high-rise buildings, are characterized by complex building functions and features, many interior decoration materials, many professional pipe shafts, intensive personnel, high monitoring requirements and large investment scale. In the event of a fire, casualties and economic losses are immeasurable. In order to avoid the occurrence of fire, improve self-help function, safe and reliable power supply system, timely and accurate automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system become the top priority of electrical safety design. This article takes Wangpo Coal Industry Co., Ltd. Wang Po mine 12-floor single apartment building as an example to give an explanation on the electrical design of fire alarm and fire linkage control system of high-rise civil construction.
