目的:测定并比较枇杷叶紫珠、杜虹花、尖尾枫、大叶紫珠、裸花紫珠中总黄酮的含量。方法:以无水芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定5种紫珠属中药提取物中总黄酮的含量。结果:五种供试品溶液测定方法的稳定性、重复性均较好,平均回收率及RSD均符合要求,其总黄酮含量分别为3.49%、3.98%、6.86%、5.40%、13.26%。结论:五种紫珠属中药总黄酮含量从高到低依次为:裸花紫珠、尖尾枫、大叶紫珠、杜虹花、枇杷叶紫珠。
Objective: To determine and compare the contents of total flavonoids in purple loquat leaf, Du Honghua, Apocynum venetum, large-leaved purple flower and naked flower purple flower. Methods: Anhydrous rutin was used as reference substance, and the content of total flavonoids in five kinds of Chinese medicine extracts of Radix Isatii was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The stability and repeatability of the five methods for determination of the test solution were good. The average recoveries and RSDs were satisfactory. The total flavonoids contents were 3.49%, 3.98%, 6.86%, 5.40% and 13.26% respectively. CONCLUSION: The content of total flavonoids in five kinds of Chinese medicine is descending from the highest to the lowest in the order of naked flower, spiketail, large-leaved purple flower, Du Honghua and loquat leaf.
