本文介绍涡轮分子泵的一种新发展起来的高效叶轮。它是以下述两点考虑出发的: 1.试验表明,叶轮在不透光时压缩比和抽速为最佳; 2.为了获得最大压缩比和抽速,必须有相当高的园周速度。 可是,以上两点却往往为叶片的强度性能所限制。 本文所介绍的叶轮,其叶片由于形状合理而转速可以显著地提高。因此,整个半径都是不透光的。迄今为止这种很多人已考虑过的用这种方法可以制得高效叶轮的思考和计算的正确性已通过实验而得到了证实。
This article describes a newly developed impeller for turbomolecular pumps. It is based on the following two considerations: 1. Experiments show that the impeller in opacity compression ratio and pumping speed is the best; 2. In order to obtain maximum compression ratio and pumping speed, there must be a very high peripheral speed. However, the above two points are often limited by the strength of the blade. The impeller described in this paper, the blade speed can be significantly increased due to the shape and reasonable. Therefore, the entire radius is opaque. The correctness of the thinking and calculations so far considered by many such people to produce efficient impellers in this way has been validated experimentally.
