介绍了煤实验最短自然发火期的快速测试方法。通过实验数据分析,确定了70℃时煤样排气出口氧气含量(C_(70))与交叉温度点(T_(cpt)),分别是煤低温缓慢氧化阶段和快速氧化阶段升温特性的特征参数。结合C_(70)和T_(cpt),计算得出了煤在缓慢氧化阶段的平均升温速率与煤在快速氧化阶段的绝热氧化时间,实现了煤实验最短自然发火期快速测定。
The rapid test method for the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal experiment is introduced. Through the analysis of the experimental data, the oxygen content (C 70) and the crossover temperature (T cpt) of the coal sample exhaust outlet were determined at 70 ℃, which are the characteristic parameters of the slow-oxidation and rapid oxidation of coal at low temperature . Combined with C 70 and T cpt, the average heating rate of coal in slow oxidation stage and the adiabatic oxidation time of coal in the rapid oxidation stage were calculated, and the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal experiment was achieved.
