1.问题的提出 我厂生产的离心鼓风机增速器的大、小齿轮是较为精密的零部件。该齿轮要求高速大功率转动,运转连续平稳,设计选用圆弧形齿形,该齿形具有齿面精度高,切削深度精度高,中心距偏差小等特点,齿轮精度为六级。以往在y38A型精密滚齿机床上加工,是可以保证设计要求的。其最常用的装夹方法是“一夹一顶”即夹盘夹住一头,另一端用顶尖顶住,如图1。但该滚齿机加工最长工件仅760mm,且工作台孔径只有80mm,它明显地限制了大、小齿轮的加工范围,即大、小齿轮轴径>100mm,长度<760mm的工件,该设备无法加工。
