随着我国医疗体制的改革脚步不断加快,医院也应该跟上时代的发展步伐,加强颞部控制制度的改革与发展,尽最大努力节约成本,降低开支,从而提高医院的整体竞争力。现阶段医院内部控制制度在实施过程中出现了一系列的问题,继而影响到了医院的整体运行。笔者将根据相关工作经验,综合分析医院内部控制制度存在的基本问题,再提出针对性的解决措施。
With the accelerating pace of reform in China’s medical system, hospitals should keep pace with the development of the times, strengthen the reform and development of the control system of the temple, try their best to save costs and reduce expenses, so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of the hospital. At this stage of the hospital internal control system in the implementation process appeared a series of problems, thus affecting the overall operation of the hospital. Based on relevant work experience, the author will comprehensively analyze the basic problems existing in the internal control system of the hospital and then put forward specific solutions.
