德育是文明社会中一切教育之基础,直接影响着学生的价值观与人生取向,是教育工作的重中之重。随着我国教育改革的全面深化,德育与其他学科教育一样,越来越注重学以致用的原则,而不能仅仅停留在理论说教阶段,应当在实践中充分落实思想教育工作。从德育在高职院校的实践进程来看,通过加强德育教育工作建设,可以有助于充分掌握、了解学生的思想道德现状,并充分根据当代高职学生的思想特点,完善高职院校的德育思想教育体系,在德育实践教育中不断深化具有中国特色的社会主义思想道德理念,从而不断提高高职院校学生的思想道德水平,使德育思想教育得到顺利发展,为社会培养德艺双馨的高素质、高技能的实用型人才。
