本文讨论了钛微合金化加轧后控冷技术、控冷试验和各项性能试验结果以及工程试点情况。分析了钢筋强韧化机理和焊接组织。研制结果表明,20MnTi钢筋成分合理,生产工艺先进可行,焊接性能和低温韧性良好,各项性能优于现行Ⅲ级钢筋,达到了英、美、日、苏、西德等国水平。提高了结构的安全储备,可以在寒冷地区和地震地区使用。
This article discusses the titanium micro-alloying plus rolling cooling control technology, control cooling test and the performance test results and pilot projects. The mechanism of strengthening and toughening of steel bar and the welding organization were analyzed. The results show that the composition of 20MnTi steel is reasonable, the production process is advanced and feasible, the welding performance and low temperature toughness are good, and the performance is better than the current grade Ⅲ steel, reaching the level of Britain, the United States, Japan, the Soviet Union and West Germany.
