近代以降,在百余年“被现代化”进程中,西方职业教育话语渐次遮蔽了中国传统范式,终使该领域虽得以快速发展却日益凸显出“本土基因”断裂、“本土同化力”弱损,“本土原创力”衰减等“弱本土”危机。基于此,在方法论层面,提出“再现代化”思路,并通过对匠人、匠制、匠艺与匠道之回归,且于传统性与世界性、现代性、发展性之“张力”中,寻求破解中国职业教育内在困境之策,遂而推进现代职业教育体系建设转向自觉、本土的现代化轨道。
