本文采用PZ来改良AMP试剂吸收二氧化碳的综合效果,通过使用ZBY-1全自动表面张力仪测定了293.15~323.15K温度范围内,具有不同二氧化碳载荷的2-氨基2-甲基1-丙醇哌嗪(AMP-PZ)水溶液的表面张力,并对实验结果进行了分析。研究结果表明,带有一定载荷的二氧化碳的AMP-PZ水溶液的表面张力随着温度的上升而降低,温度一定时,溶液的表面张力随着二氧化碳的载荷的增大而增大,在同一吸收率下,温度不变,AMP和PZ的浓度越高,吸收液表面张力越低。
In this paper, PZ was used to improve the comprehensive effect of AMP reagent in absorbing carbon dioxide. By using ZBY-1 automatic surface tensiometer, 2-amino 2-methyl 1-propanolol with different carbon dioxide loadings was measured in the temperature range of 293.15 ~ 323.15K (AMP-PZ) aqueous solution, and the experimental results were analyzed. The results show that the surface tension of AMP-PZ aqueous solution with a certain amount of carbon dioxide decreases with the increase of temperature. When the temperature is constant, the surface tension of solution increases with the increase of carbon dioxide loading. At the same absorption rate Under constant temperature, the higher the concentrations of AMP and PZ, the lower the surface tension of the absorbing solution.
