目的探讨全科门诊实施AIDET诊疗流程,并分析成效,制定出适合社区卫生服务工作的全科门诊诊疗流程。方法选择2015年4月~2015年11月到社区就诊的病人和试点社康的医生分为两组,其中病人共400例,医生共10名。对照组(非AIDET标准化沟通服务):200例病人,5名试点社康中心的普通全科医生。观察组(AIDET标准化沟通服务):200例病人,5名同一社康中心的第二、三级培训班全科医生学员。两组均是一名医生接诊40例病人。对两组进行实施效果评估,收集病例、问卷调查表、考核标准落实等的资料进行对照分析。结果观察组接诊病人的疾病诊治准确率93.5%,满意度82%,知情度87.5%,随诊遵从性84.5%。以上数据均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AIDET全科接诊流程在实施过程中提高了全科医师的诊治能力,获得医患的一致好评,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the implementation of AIDET clinic process in general outpatient department and to analyze the effectiveness of the outpatient clinic process to make outpatient clinics suitable for community health services. Methods A total of 400 cases of patients and 10 doctors were included in the study. Patients who visited the community from April 2015 to November 2015 were selected and divided into two groups. Control group (non-AIDET standardized communication service): 200 patients and 5 general practitioners at pilot community health centers. Observation Team (AIDET Standardized Communication Service): 200 patients and 5 GP practitioners in the second and third training courses of the same community health center. Two groups were a doctor admissions 40 patients. The two groups were evaluated on the implementation of the results, collecting cases, questionnaires, assessment criteria and other data for comparative analysis. Results The accuracy rate of diagnosis and treatment of patients in the observation group was 93.5%, satisfaction rate was 82%, awareness rate was 87.5%, and follow-up compliance rate was 84.5%. The above data were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The AIDET general admission process enhances the general practitioner’s ability of diagnosis and treatment, which is highly praised by doctors and patients and worth to be promoted.
