为解决沿空巷道支护问题,以湖西矿井31104运输巷为研究对象,分析现有支护下巷道破坏特征及破坏原因,提出巷道支护优化方案。运用FLAC3D模拟计算巷道原有支护及支护优化后围岩变形情况,计算结果和监测结果表明,支护优化显著提高围岩强度与承载能力,有效控制巷道变形。
In order to solve the problem of roadway support along gob-side entry, taking the 31104 transport lane of Huxi mine as the research object, the failure characteristics and the reasons of the destruction of the roadway under the existing support are analyzed. The optimization scheme of roadway support is proposed. The FLAC3D simulation is used to calculate the surrounding rock deformation after the original support and the support optimization. The calculation results and the monitoring results show that the support optimization can significantly improve the strength and carrying capacity of the surrounding rock and effectively control the deformation of the roadway.
