目的建立老慢清糖浆中异秦皮啶的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸(19∶81),检测波长:344 nm,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃。结果异秦皮啶在0.214~1.922μg内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于老慢清糖浆的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of isofosflanin in old and slow syrup. Methods Using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid Column temperature: 30 ℃. Results Isofluidine had a good linearity within the range of 0.214-1.922 μg with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.999 9, with an average recovery of 99.1% and a RSD of 1.2% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of old and slow syrup.
