目的探讨乡镇卫生院消化内科常见不合理用药问题。方法选取井冈山市东上卫生院2011—2014年收治的消化内科患者1600例,分析消化内科不合理用药情况,并探讨其对策。结果 2010—2014年消化内科出现不合理用药305例,不合理用药率为19.1%(305/1600),其中给药量超量占41.3%,重复用药占30.2%,联合给药不合理占15.1%,药物不良反应占13.4%。结论乡镇卫生院消化内科应加强药物使用管理,医生在治疗过程中,需充分考虑患者疾病严重程度,详细了解患者病情及既往病史,严格按照药物使用规范合理对症治疗,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To explore the common irrational use of drugs in digestive medicine in township hospitals. Methods A total of 1600 patients with gastroenterology admitted to East Shanghai Hospital of Jinggangshan from 2011 to 2014 were selected to analyze the irrational use of drugs in gastroenterology and to explore the countermeasures. Results In 2010-2014, there were 305 cases of irrational use of drugs and irrational drug use rates of 19.1% (305/1600), of which 41.3% were overdose, 30.2% were repeated medication and 15.1 were unreasonable %, Adverse drug reactions accounted for 13.4%. Conclusion Digestive medicine in township hospitals should strengthen the management of drug use. During the course of treatment, doctors should fully consider the severity of the disease, understand the patient’s condition and past medical history in detail, reasonably treat symptomatically and strictly, and promote the rational use of clinical medicine in accordance with the norms of drug use.
