在企业中,中层管理人员介于高层领导决策者和基层执行者之间,是企业发展战略的具体执行者。中层管理人员的工作积极性能否被充分调动,在一定程度上影响着企业的发展步伐。本文以高河能源作为研究对象,在分析高河能源中层管理人员绩效考核存在问题的基础上,运用绩效考核的相关理论与研究方法,重新设计了高河能源中层管理人员绩效考核体系,为最大限度地激发中层管理人员的工作积极性提供思路。
In the enterprise, middle managers are between the senior leadership decision makers and the grassroots executives and are the specific executors of the enterprise development strategy. The enthusiasm of the middle management staff can be fully mobilized, to a certain extent, affect the pace of business development. This paper takes Gaohe Energy as the research object. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the performance appraisal of middle management of Gaohe Energy, this paper redesigned the performance appraisal system of middle management of Gaohe Energy, using the theory and research method of performance appraisal, Middle management staff work enthusiasm to provide ideas.
