钠盐处理含钒铁水可同时脱除硫,磷和钒,获得低硫、磷优质半钢和转化率理想的钠化钒渣。喷射法采用浸入式喷枪,以氧气为载体将碳酸钠粉剂直接喷入含钒铁水内部,通过四十炉次十吨级工业试验表明,这种处理工艺具有技术先进,简单易行,钠盐有效利用率高,反应动力学条件好等特点.典型试验炉次钒,磷和硫的平均脱除率分别为:87.21%,94.15%,97.21%。
