目的:探讨不同血压水平对大动脉弹性指数C1、小动脉弹性指数C2的影响。方法:入选理想血压、正常血压、正常高值血压及高血压人群共953例,使用动脉脉搏波分析仪测量C1、C2。使用协方差分析比较不同血压水平C1、C2的差异,使用多元逐步回归分析影响C1、C2的主要因素。结果:随着血压水平的增高,C1、C2逐步降低(P<0.0001)。随着年龄、收缩压、脉率的增加,C1、C2均降低;男性C1、C2高于女性;吸烟者C2低于不吸烟者。结论:C1、C2随着血压水平的升高而降低,正常血压与正常高值血压者C1、C2较理想血压者已有明显降低。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different blood pressure levels on the arterial elasticity index C1 and arteriolar elasticity index C2. Methods: A total of 953 patients with ideal blood pressure, normal blood pressure, normal high blood pressure and high blood pressure were enrolled. The arterial pulse wave analyzer was used to measure C1 and C2. Differences in blood pressure levels C1 and C2 were compared using covariance analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the major factors affecting C1 and C2. Results: As blood pressure increased, C1 and C2 decreased gradually (P <0.0001). With age, systolic blood pressure, pulse rate increased, C1, C2 are reduced; men C1, C2 higher than women; smoker C2 is lower than non-smoker. Conclusions: C1 and C2 decrease with the increase of blood pressure level. C1 and C2 of normal blood pressure and normal high blood pressure are significantly lower than ideal blood pressure.
