用焊锡法进行铝及其合金镴焊,常常发现焊件在几个月之后只要用手轻轻一碰,焊缝便脱开。原以为是所采用的无机焊剂对焊缝的腐蚀造成的。但改用腐蚀性很小的有机焊剂,结果还是一样。通过对焊缝的细致分析发现,所有脱落的焊缝部位都很清净,没有任何被腐蚀痕迹并有金属的光泽。通过对焊缝的金相观察表明,焊料与焊件的扩散作用极弱。故得出其脱落的主要原因,是锡极难溶于铝中的结论。另外用焊锡镴焊时,焊接温度又很低,从而造成
