人的创新能力一部分来自于遗传,另一部分来自于后天的培养,激发学生的创新潜能,是青少年科技实践活动的目标之一,在活动中怎样才能达到这一目标,在2009年我组织实施了一次实践活动:〈水火箭的制作与发射〉,通过这次活动,使我对上述问题有了更深刻的认识。第一,活动不要有很细的要求,要求的越多,自由发挥的空间就会越少。第二,一定要将活动还给学生,教师(组织者)只是一个观众。第三,活动中遇到的困难,是激发学生创新潜能的不可缺少的重要因素。第四,鼓励学生的新奇的想法,让他们按自己的想法去实践是老师最应该做的事情。第五,实践活动应该有一个没有结尾和结尾。总之就是让学生去活动,他们的潜能在解决困难过程中最大限度地被激发出来。
Part of human innovation comes from heredity, and the other part comes from acquired training, to stimulate students’ innovative potential is one of the goals of young science and technology practice activities, how to achieve this goal in 2009, I organized the implementation of A Practical Activity: “Making and Launching Water Rocket” Through this activity, I have gained a deeper understanding of the above issues. First, the activities should not have very detailed requirements. The more requests, the less room for free play. Second, we must return the activities to students, teachers (organizers) is just an audience. Third, the difficulties encountered in the activities are an indispensable and important factor in stimulating students’ innovation potential. Fourth, to encourage students to novel ideas, let them practice according to their own ideas is the teacher should do the most. Fifth, there should be an end of practice and an end of practice. In short is to allow students to activities, their potential to maximize the difficulties in the process of being motivated out.
