近几年,各地陆续出现用煤企业对煤炭质量检验工作监控不严,以及采制化作业人员被煤炭供应商贿赂收买,在煤炭采制化过程中做假,虚提煤炭热值,借以提高价格、牟取暴利等现象,给企业造成巨大经济损失。中国石化为防止此类事件发生,在加强煤炭采制化工作的监管方面,采取了不少措施。本文通过案例分析,谈谈煤炭采制化工作的全程监控。
