对脑电地形图(BEAM)和脑电图(EEG)检测100例脑功能的结果进行了对比分析.结果表明,BEAM较EEG异常检出率提高17%,特别是神经症组脑电地形图几乎是脑电图的4倍(P<0.005);而脑血管疾病、血管性头痛、颅内占位性病变病人的异常检出率提高了7.2%~20.0%,但无显著性差异(P>0.05).BEAM和EEG检出符合率对比分析显示前者明显优于后者.提示BEAM是目前研究脑部功能病变的一种无创伤性、直观性较好的技术之一.
The results of BEAM and EEG examinations of 100 cases of brain function were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the detection rate of BEAM was 17% higher than that of EEG, especially the neuroencephalogram (EEG) topography (P <0.005). However, the detection rate of abnormalities in patients with cerebrovascular disease, vascular headache and intracranial space-occupying lesions increased 7.2% -20.0%, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05) .Based on the comparison between the coincidence rate of BEAM and EEG, the former is obviously better than the latter, suggesting that BEAM is one of the most noninvasive and intuitive techniques for the study of functional brain lesions.
