该文介绍了喷射鼓泡烟气脱硫在工业锅炉上应用的情况。喷射鼓泡烟气脱硫工艺由石灰浆液配制系统、脱硫除尘反应系统和产物处理系统等组成。喷射鼓泡反应器（ＪＢＲ）集脱硫除尘于一体，具有气体压降小、液气比高，能达到９０％以上的脱硫率和９５％以上的除尘率等特点。ＪＢＲ脱硫系统的设备投资与运行费用低，１ｔ／ｈ锅炉的设备投资约为１．２５万元，去除１ｔＳＯ２的费用约１２５元。ＪＢＲ脱硫系统操作容易而稳定，没有结垢问题，表现出推广应用的潜力。
This article describes the application of jet bubbling flue gas desulfurization to industrial boilers. Jet bubbling flue gas desulfurization process consists of lime slurry preparation system, desulfurization and dust removal reaction system and product processing system. The jet bubbling reactor (JBR) combines desulphurization and dust removal with small gas pressure drop, high liquid-gas ratio, more than 90% desulfurization rate and more than 95% dust removal rate. JBR desulfurization system equipment investment and operating costs low, 1t / h boiler equipment investment is about 12,500 yuan, the cost of removing 1tSO2 about 125 yuan. JBR desulfurization system easy and stable operation, there is no fouling problems, showing the potential of popularization and application.
