最近几年,就业市场似乎进入了怪圈:一方面是大量毕业生找不到工作,另一方面是众多企业感叹招聘不到合适人才。相关人士一针见血:不缺就业岗位,缺的是适合岗位的人。当前的就业难题实质上是人才培养与社会需求之间的结构性矛盾,这迫使我们高校工作者不得不反思人才培养模式是否建立在充分调查企业需求、科学预测需求的基础之上。本文分析了社会对物流管理专业人才需求的现状和趋势,并指出物流管理专业人才培养模式与社会需求的差距,希望对高职院校制定物流管理专业的人才培养模式有一定的借鉴意义。
In recent years, the job market seems to have entered a strange cycle: on the one hand, a large number of graduates can not find jobs; on the other hand, many enterprises lament that they can not recruit suitable personnel. The relevant people sharply: no shortage of jobs, the lack of suitable positions. The current employment problem is essentially the structural contradiction between personnel training and social needs, which forces our college workers to reflect on whether the personnel training mode is based on the full investigation of the needs of enterprises and the prediction of scientific needs. This paper analyzes the status quo and trend of social demand for logistics management professionals, and points out the gap between logistics management professionals training mode and the needs of society, hoping to make some reference to the training mode of logistics management professionals in higher vocational colleges.
