本文研究了CadionAP与Hg(Ⅱ)显色反应的最佳条件。试验表明,在TritonX—100存在下及pH为10.8至12.0时,Hg(Ⅱ)与试剂形成橙红色配合物,其组成为1:2,最大吸收峰位于523nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.6×10_~~51·(mol·cm)~(-2),汞在0—20μg/25ml的范围内符合比耳定律。 以氟担体——双硫腙反相层析柱分离干扰元素,成功地测定了地面水中的汞。对样品的10次平行测定表明,结果的变异系数为4.3%,标准加入回收率为96—106%。
In this paper, the best conditions for the color reaction of CadionAP with Hg (Ⅱ) were studied. The results showed that Hg (Ⅱ) forms an orange-red complex with the reagent in the presence of Triton X-100 and at a pH of 10.8 to 12.0 with a composition of 1: 2, a maximum absorption peak at 523 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.6 × 10_ ~ 51 ~ (mol · cm) ~ (-2). Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-20μg / 25ml. The interfering elements were separated by fluorine - dithizone reversed - phase chromatography and the mercury in surface water was successfully determined. Ten parallel measurements of the sample showed a coefficient of variation of 4.3% and a standard recovery of 96-106%.
