以十一辊平行辊矫直机为原型,依据虚拟样机技术,建立了矫直系统的刚柔耦合模型。在理论压下量和实测压下量下对3种不同直径的钢筋进行了动力学仿真分析,并比较了两种压下量情况下矫直力的结果,找到了压下量对矫直力影响的规律,为合理调整压下量、设计辊矫工艺提供了参考。对各辊的矫直力大小进行对比,找出了受力最大的矫直辊,对提高该辊抗磨损能力提出了建议。
Taking the eleven roller parallel roller straightening machine as the prototype, a rigid-flexible coupling model of the straightening system was established according to the virtual prototype technology. Three kinds of steel bars with different diameters were simulated by dynamic theory under the theoretical reduction and actual reduction. The results of straightening force under two kinds of reduction were compared. The law of influence, in order to reasonably adjust the reduction, the design of roller leveling technology provides a reference. By comparing the straightening force of each roller, the straightening roller with the highest stress is found out, and some suggestions are put forward to improve the anti-wear ability of the roller.
