我厂生产的外圆磨床优MG1432头架轴承系采用二级内锥式动静压滑动轴承,材料为ZQSn6-6-3,轴承结构见图1,内锥孔光洁度需达▽10。原来我们研磨该轴承所用的研磨棒材料为酚醛树脂,研磨后虽然工件光洁度也可达到要求,但这种研磨棒因温度变化所造成的变形量大,且又容易磨损。为了保证被研孔的几何精度,每研一遍就需要把研磨棒修磨一次。这样在研磨工件时必须伴有一台高精度外圆磨床,实在太不经济,而且效率极低。

Originally, we grind the material of the grinding rod used in the bearing to be phenolic resin. After the grinding, the finish of the workpiece can meet the requirements. However, the deformation of the grinding rod caused by the temperature is large and easily worn. In order to ensure the geometric accuracy of the hole being drilled, the grinding rod needs to be grinded once more for each study. This grinding tool must be accompanied by a high-precision cylindrical grinding machine, it is too cheap, and very low efficiency.
