通过188例儿童结核菌素试验.探讨卡介苗接种后卡疤与PPD试验的关系。提示卡介苗接种后12周至1年内PPD试验阳性率最高,随接种年限的延长阳性率逐渐下降:接种后有卡疤与无卡疤的PPD试验阳性事及局部硬结平均直径均无明显差异,提示以有无卡疤判断人体免疫是否成功,并以此评价人群免疫水平有一定的片面性,应以PPD试验衡量抗结核免疫力较为客观可靠。
Passed 188 cases of tuberculin test in children. To investigate the relationship between BCG scarring and PPD test after BCG vaccination. It suggested that the positive rate of PPD test was the highest between 12 weeks and 1 year after BCG vaccination. The positive rate of PPD test gradually decreased with the prolongation of inoculation years. There was no significant difference between positive PPD test and scar local average diameter after card vaccination Whether there is a card scars to determine whether the success of human immunity, and to evaluate the level of population immunity has a certain one-sidedness, PPD test should be more objective and reliable measurement of anti-TB immunity.
