对实验用蕨麻小型猪的血液生理生化指标进行测定及分析。采取54头蕨麻小型猪的血液,检测19项生理指标和12项生化指标,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:蕨麻小型猪性别之间比较,血液生理生化指标只有中性粒细胞(NEUT)和总胆固醇(TC)存在显著差异,其他指标差异不显著。而与封闭群五指山小型猪相比,血液生理指标有7项差异显著,血液生化指标有8项差异显著。蕨麻小型猪和封闭群五指山小型猪分别有7项和8项血液生理指标、10项和6项血液生化指标处于人正常参考值内。结果表明蕨麻小型猪和封闭群五指山小型猪和人的血液生理生化特性存在一定的相似性,可用于比较医学等生物医学应用,也可逐步替代犬、非人灵长类用于药物非临床安全评价和生物医学研究。
The blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Capsicum minoxidus were determined and analyzed. Blood samples were collected from 54 mini-cannabis plants, 19 physiological indexes and 12 biochemical indexes were detected, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in blood physiological and biochemical indexes between neutrophil (NEUT) and total cholesterol (TC), but there was no significant difference in other indexes between the two groups. Compared with the closed group Wuzhishan miniature pigs, there were 7 significant differences in blood physiological indexes and 8 significant differences in blood biochemical indexes. There were 7 items and 8 items of blood physiological indexes respectively in the fern miniature pig and the closed group Wuzhishan miniature pig, and 10 and 6 blood biochemical indexes were in the normal reference value of human. The results showed that there was a certain similarity between the blood physiological and biochemical characteristics of the miniature pigs and the closed group Wuzhishan miniature pigs, which could be used in comparative medical and other biomedical applications and could gradually replace dogs.
