目的:通过对锈毛莓根的生药学研究,为该药的开发利用及质量标准的制订提供科学基础。方法:采用性状、显微鉴别等方法研究锈毛莓根的生药学特征;并用紫外分光光度法测定其中的总黄酮含量。结果:锈毛莓根性状、显微鉴别特征明显;其总黄酮含量为102.63 mg/g。结论:锈毛莓根的生药学特征明显,总黄酮含量可作为锈毛莓的质量标准之一。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of the drug and the formulation of quality standards by studying the pharmacognosy of rusty raspberry root. Methods: The crude drug was characterized by microscopic identification and microscopic identification. The total flavonoid content was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The root traits and microscopic identification of rusty raspberry were obvious. The content of total flavonoids was 102.63 mg / g. Conclusion: The root pharmacology of the rusty raspberry is obvious. The content of total flavonoids can be used as one of the quality standards of raspberry.
