目的探讨西药联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月至2015年2月大连市第三人民医院收治的70例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,以入院时间先后将其分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组患者行腹腔镜手术,观察组患者于手术治疗结束后采用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(Gn RH-a)进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果,同时统计其术后复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜手术基础上采用Gn RH-a治疗子宫内膜异位症,能显著提升治疗效果,降低术后复发率,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of western medicine combined with laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometriosis. Methods Seventy patients with endometriosis admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Dalian from January 2012 to February 2015 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent laparoscopic surgery. Patients in the observation group were treated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (Gn RH-a) after the operation was completed. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups, and the recurrence and adverse reactions What happened? Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of endometriosis with Gn RH-a based on laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the recurrence rate and have higher safety.
