基于国内服务质量与承诺的偏差以及国外对服务质量差距模型的研究 ,提出了运输服务承诺差距的概念并对其进行了界定 ,同时详细分析了产生这种差距的因素 ,在此基础上对弥合运输服务承诺差距的策略进行了初探。
Based on the study of domestic service quality and commitment bias and foreign service quality gap model, this paper proposes and defines the concept of transport service commitment disparity, analyzes the factors causing such disparity in detail, and on this basis, Transport service commitment gap strategy was explored.
