目的了解福建省疾控机构碘缺乏病防治人力资源现状,进一步开发、利用福建省各级疾控机构碘缺乏病防治人力资源,加快碘缺乏病防治人力资源建设和碘缺乏病防治事业的可持续性发展。方法由省疾控中心统一设计表格下发到各疾控机构,按要求填写表格后上报,数据录入计算机,采用EpiInfo 2002进行数据分析。结果从事碘缺乏病防治工作人员367人,占全省疾控机构卫生技术人员7.5%,市、县级疾控机构中,专职从事碘缺乏病防治工作的仅2人,占从事碘缺乏病防治人员总数的0.5%。全省各级碘缺乏病防治人员缺乏高学历人员。学历以大专及以下者居多占66.0%(大专占34.4%,中专学历和无学历分别占29.4%和2.2%);本科次之,占33.9%。初级职称的人员占总数的31.1%,中级占38.9%,还有4.4%的无职称人员。结论福建省碘缺乏病防治队伍人员不足,素质偏低。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources management of iodine deficiency disorders in CDCs in Fujian Province and to further develop and utilize human resources of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control in CDC at all levels in Fujian Province so as to speed up the sustainable development of human resources for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders and prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders Sexual development. Methods Provincial CDC unified design spreadsheet issued to the various disease control agencies, fill in the form required after the report, the data entered into the computer, the use of EpiInfo 2002 for data analysis. Results 367 people engaged in the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders, accounting for 7.5% of the provincial CDC health technicians, municipal and county-level CDC, full-time engaged in the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders only 2 people, engaged in the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders 0.5% of the total number of personnel. The province’s iodine deficiency prevention and control staff at all levels lack highly educated personnel. Most of them have college degree or below, accounting for 66.0% (34.4% for tertiary education, 29.4% for secondary education and 2.2% for non-academic qualifications), followed by 33.9% for undergraduate education. Junior titles accounted for 31.1% of the total, intermediate accounted for 38.9%, there are 4.4% of those without titles. Conclusions There are not enough staff in prevention and treatment of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Fujian Province, and the quality is low.
