目的 :探讨葛根素对脑出血的治疗作用及机制。方法 :采用立体定向胶原酶尾状核注射法制备动物模型。检测脑出血大鼠脑系数、脑含水量、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性和丙二醛 ( MDA)含量的变化。结果 :与模型组比较 ,葛根素组的脑系数〔( 82 .9± 3.6 )× 10 - 4比 ( 86 .1± 3.3)× 10 - 4〕和脑含水量 ( 78.75 %±0 .5 7%比 79.99%± 0 .6 7% )均有显著下降 ( P均 <0 .0 1) ,脑组织 MDA含量明显降低〔( 5 4 .8± 6 .7) nm ol/ g比( 70 .2± 8.2 ) nmol/ g〕,而脑组织 SOD活性显著提高〔( 2 .32 4± 0 .0 90 ) k NU / g比 ( 1.2 93± 0 .0 73) k NU/ g〕,P均 <0 .0 1。结论 :葛根素对大鼠脑出血后的脑水肿及脂质过氧化损伤和自由基损伤有对抗作用
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of puerarin on cerebral hemorrhage. Methods : Animal models were prepared using stereotactic collagenase caudate injection. The changes of brain coefficient, brain water content, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in brain of rats with cerebral hemorrhage were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the puerarin group had a brain coefficient of 〔( 82.9±3.6)×10 -4 (86.1±3.3)×10 -4) and brain water content (78.75 %±0 .5 7 Significantly lower than 79.99% ± 0.6% (7%) (P <0.01), MDA content in brain tissue significantly decreased ((54.88 ± 6.7) nmol / g ratio (70. 2 ± 8.2 nmol/g], and SOD activity in the brain tissue was significantly increased [(2.34 ± 0.090) k NU / g ratio (1.2 93 ± 0.73) k NU / g]. <0. 0 1. Conclusion : Puerarin is antagonistic to cerebral edema and lipid peroxidation injury and free radical damage after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats
