研究了在GGG基底上用溶胶—凝胶方法制备的铋代钇铁石榴石单晶薄膜的磁光法拉弟效应与铋的替代量之间的关系。该膜层是以低于液相外延300℃左右的660℃在大气中退火4 小时制得的。最大的铋的置换量为x= 2.7,实验发现石榴石相的晶化温度随x 的增大而降低。且薄膜有很强的法拉弟效应,在λ= 0.633μm 的波长,可达- 8.1×104deg/cm 。
The relationship between the magneto-optical Faraday effect of bismuth yttrium iron garnet single crystal thin films prepared by sol-gel method and the substitution amount of bismuth on GGG substrate was studied. The film was prepared by annealing in the atmosphere for 4 hours at 660 ° C below the liquid phase epitaxy of about 300 ° C. The maximum amount of bismuth substitution is x = 2.7. It was found that the crystallization temperature of garnet phase decreases with the increase of x. And the film has a strong Faraday effect, at λ = 0.633μm wavelength, up to - 8.1 × 104deg / cm.
