建立技术协作群是提高医院整体技术水平的重要手段。结合实际,阐述了建立技术协作群的目的和意义,提出了以建立技术协作组、技术协作中心和技术协作网络为主要形式的构建模式,同时对协作原则、协作内容和运作方式进行了系统阐述,提供了一套建立医院技术协作群的基本思路和途径。要确保医院技术协作群的顺利建立和富有成效,领导重视是前提,选准协作课题和牵头人是关键,加强密切协调是重要环节。
Establishing a technical collaboration group is an important means to improve the overall technical level of the hospital. Based on the actual situation, the purpose and significance of establishing a technical collaboration group were described, and a construction model was established with the establishment of a technical cooperation group, a technical cooperation center, and a technical cooperation network. At the same time, the principles of collaboration, contents of cooperation, and operation methods were systematically described. It provides a set of basic ideas and approaches for establishing a hospital technical collaboration group. To ensure the successful establishment and effective implementation of the technical cooperation group of the hospital, the importance of leadership is the premise. Selecting quasi-collaborative topics and leaders is the key, and strengthening close coordination is an important link.
