一所学校或一个班级都存在一定数量的后进生,什么样的学生是后进生,各人的评价标准不一,集中起来大致可归纳为三类:一是指在品德行为方面有过错的学生;二是指学习缺乏兴趣,学习态度差,各科学习成绩落后的学生;三是指品德行为、学习成绩双差的学生。 后进生还会影响其他同学,甚至于干扰班级乃至学校的正常教学秩序。几年的实践告诉我,对后进生分类采取措施,着重从以下方面进行探索会取得一定的成效。
There is a certain number of undergraduates in a school or a class, and what kind of students are undergraduates, and the evaluation standards of the students are different. When they are grouped together, they can be roughly classified into three categories: First, students who are at fault in moral behavior. Second, it refers to students who lack interest in learning, have poor learning attitudes, and have poor academic performance in all subjects. Third, they refer to students with poor moral performance and poor academic performance. Undergraduates will also affect other students and even interfere with the normal teaching order of the class and even the school. A few years of practice told me that taking measures for the classification of the inferior students, focusing on exploration from the following aspects will achieve certain results.
