目的:总结半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C,CysC)与恶性肿瘤发生、发展、治疗、预后及化疗中肾功能监测关系的研究现状。方法:以“CysC、恶性肿瘤”等为关键词,应用Pub-Med和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMDisc),检索1999-2009年相关CysC与恶性肿瘤关系的文献,共收集到52篇相关文章,纳入标准:1)CystatinC与肿瘤发生、发展;2)CystatinC与恶性肿瘤治疗;3)CystatinC与恶性肿瘤预后;4)CystatinC在恶性肿瘤化疗中肾功能的监测。根据纳入标准,选取22篇具有代表性的文献。结果:CysC与肿瘤发生和发展密切相关,组织蛋白酶与蛋白酶抑制剂之间的表达失衡是导致恶性肿瘤具有浸润和转移恶性表型的重要因素;提高肿瘤细胞中CysC表达水平,可阻断肿瘤细胞发生侵袭和转移;CysC不仅可作为肾功能监测和反映肾小球滤过率(GFR)的有力工具,而且对于恶性肿瘤患者肾功判断以及化疗过程中肾功监测同样具有重要的作用。结论:CysC在肿瘤组织和血清中的表达与恶性肿瘤密切相关,在临床中值得大力推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research status of the relationship between Cystatin C (CysC) and the occurrence, development, treatment, prognosis and renal function in chemotherapy. Methods: Using “CysC, malignant tumor” as the key words, PubMed and CBMDisc were used to search the literature about the relationship between CysC and malignant tumors from 1999 to 2009, and 52 related articles were collected Articles, inclusion criteria: 1) CystatinC and tumor development, development; 2) CystatinC and malignant tumor treatment; 3) CystatinC and prognosis of malignant tumor; 4) CystatinC in the monitoring of renal function in malignant tumor chemotherapy. The imbalance of expression between cathepsin and protease inhibitors was an important factor leading to the malignant phenotype of infiltrating and metastasizing malignant tumors. Increasing CysC expression in tumor cells could block tumor cells Invasion and metastasis. CysC can not only be used as a powerful tool to monitor renal function and reflect glomerular filtration rate (GFR), but also plays an important role in the determination of renal function and renal monitoring in patients with malignant tumors. Conclusion: The expression of CysC in tumor tissues and serum is closely related to malignant tumors, and it is worth to be widely used in clinical practice.
