随着世界范围内新技术革命的兴起,将赋予真空技术以新的活力,它的应用面将越来越广,因此,对其要求也越来越高。传统真空技术的概念将被打破,学科范畴将不断扩大,用于新学科的特殊真空系统和工艺将不断涌现,特别是在能源、空间、材料、微电子与光电子技术、生物医疗科学等方面,真空技术将越来越受到重视和关注。本文在综合文献的基础上,就真空获得技术的现状和未来发展阐明个人的看法。文章先就真空获得技术现状和国外出现的某些动向进行评述,并对新兴的应用领域加以扼要介绍,接着,作者从几个侧面对真空获得技术的未来发展作某些预测,最后,对我国真空获得技术的发展提出了几点粗浅的看法。
With the rise of new technological revolution in the world, vacuum technology will be given a new vitality, its application will be more and more widely, therefore, its requirements are also getting higher and higher. The concept of traditional vacuum technology will be broken down, the disciplinary scope will continue to expand, and special vacuum systems and processes for new disciplines will continue to emerge. Especially in the areas of energy, space, materials, microelectronics and optoelectronics, biomedical science, Vacuum technology will be more and more attention and attention. Based on the comprehensive literature, this article explicates personal opinions on the current status and future development of vacuum technology. The article firstly reviews the status quo of vacuum technology and some emerging trends in foreign countries and briefly introduces the emerging fields of application. Then, the author makes some predictions on the future development of vacuum technology from several aspects. Finally, Vacuum access to the development of technology made a few superficial views.
