本文对30例过期妊娠和25例足月妊娠胎盘的3β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(3-HSD)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)进行了组织学研究,发现过期妊娠组胎盘3β-HSD和ALP的活性均明显低于足月妊娠组,表明过期妊娠时胎盘的甾体激素合成和物质代谢功能都明显降低。
In this paper, 30β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3-HSD) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in the placenta of 30 pregnant women with term pregnancy and 25 cases of term pregnancy were studied by histology. The results showed that 3β-HSD and ALP Activity were significantly lower than the full-term pregnancy group, indicating that the placenta during expulsion of steroid hormone synthesis and substance metabolism were significantly reduced.
