目的观察全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月5日~2016年12月16日住院部收治的糖尿病患者50例,将其按照随机抽取的方式分为观察组(全程健康教育模式)和对照组(常规健康教育),各25例,比较两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、疾病知识掌握度、生活质量、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组两指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疾病知识掌握度、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式对糖尿病患者的意义重大,能有效的控制其血糖水平,提高生活质量,临床上值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of full health education mode in diabetes nursing management. Methods Fifty patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 5, 2016 to December 16, 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (full health education model) and control group (conventional health education ), 25 cases in each group. The fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, knowledge of disease knowledge, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-h blood glucose levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). After nursing, the two indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The observation group patients’ disease knowledge mastery, body function, psychological function, social function, material life and nursing satisfaction score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The whole model of health education is of great significance to patients with diabetes, which can effectively control the blood sugar level and improve the quality of life. It is clinically worth promoting.
