目的通过对山西某高校1起肺结核聚集性疫情的调查处理进行分析,探索学校结核病防治的有效措施及对策。方法对某高校的肺结核疫情进行流行病学调查分析。结果 2014年4月—2015年1月累计发现肺结核15例,和首例患者同班6例,其余为同楼9例。结论必须高度重视学校结核病防治工作,加强管理,大力开展健康教育,加强疫情监测,发现疫情及时采取有效措施,防止结核病的爆发流行。
Objective To analyze the investigation and treatment of one pulmonary tuberculosis outbreak in a university in Shanxi and to explore the effective measures and countermeasures of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in school. Methods Epidemiological investigation and analysis of tuberculosis outbreak in a university. Results From April 2014 to January 2015, 15 cases of tuberculosis were found, of which 6 were same as the first patient and 9 were same-floor. Conclusion It is necessary to attach great importance to prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools, strengthen management, vigorously carry out health education, strengthen the surveillance of epidemic situation, and find out the epidemic situation timely and take effective measures to prevent the outbreak of tuberculosis epidemic.
