目的调查不同孕期孕妇和儿童血CystatinC水平变化规律。方法采用颗粒增强速率散射比浊法测定186例健康成年人、122例不同孕期孕妇和130例健康儿童血CystatinC水平。结果健康成人血CystatinC参考范围0.52~1.0mg/L;妊娠12周内、13~27周、≥28周血CystatinC水平分别为0.36~0.81mg/L、0.41~0.88mg/L和0.78~1.99mg/L。新生儿出生后5个月内的血CystatinC变化范围为0.8~2.3mg/L,在5个月以后下降至0.5~1.1mg/L,接近健康成人水平。结论孕早、中期血CystatinC水平略低于健康成人水平,晚孕阶段血CystatinC水平明显升高。新生儿血CystatinC水平明显高于晚期孕妇水平,出生后血CystatinC水平明显下降,5个月以后即已接近健康成人水平,这可能与儿童肾组织在解剖和功能上的逐渐成熟有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of Cystatin C levels in different pregnant women and children during pregnancy. Methods Cystatin C levels in 186 healthy adults, 122 pregnant women of different gestations and 130 healthy children were measured by particle-enhanced rate nephelometry. Results The serum Cystatin C in healthy adults ranged from 0.52 mg / L to 1.0 mg / L, and the levels of Cystatin C in 12-27 weeks of pregnancy were 0.36-0.81 mg / L, 0.41-0.88 mg / L and 0.78-1.99 mg / L. Cystatin C in newborns within 5 months after birth ranged from 0.8 to 2.3 mg / L and decreased to 0.5 to 1.1 mg / L after 5 months, approaching healthy adult levels. Conclusion The levels of serum CystatinC in early pregnancy and mid-term pregnancy are slightly lower than those in healthy adults, and the levels of CystatinC in late pregnancy are significantly higher. Neonatal blood CystatinC levels were significantly higher than those of late pregnant women, postnatal blood CystatinC levels decreased significantly after 5 months has approached healthy adult levels, which may be related to children’s anatomy and function of the gradual maturation of kidney tissue.
