目的 研究脂质过氧化在血管内皮损伤中的意义及培哚普利对内皮影响的机理。方法 采用 Satoh TBA比色法测定 L PO,采用 Pyrogallol- NBT比色法测定 SOD以及循环内皮细胞计数和验正。结果 高血压病组培哚普利治疗前 CEC、 L PO、 MAP、 SBP、 DBP明显高于对照组 ;治疗后 CEC、 L PO、 MAP、 SBP、 DBP显著低于治疗前 ;SOD三组间无统计学差别。且高血压病组干预前、后 CEC与 L PO成正相关 ,相关系数 rb=0 .4 2 7,P<0 .0 5 ;ra=0 .5 94 ,P<0 .0 1。 CEC下降与 L PO同步 ,经协方差分析排除血压的影响 ,CEC仍明显减少 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 EH的内皮损伤脂质过氧化可能是重要因素之一 ,培哚普利血管内皮保护作用 ,除通过降压效应外 ,抗氧化作用可能是重要途径
Objective To study the significance of lipid peroxidation in vascular endothelial injury and the mechanism of perindopril on the endothelium. Methods Satoh TBA colorimetric method was used to determine L PO. Pyrogallol-NBT colorimetric method was used to determine the counts of SOD and circulating endothelial cells. Results The levels of CEC, L PO, MAP, SBP and DBP in patients with hypertension before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of CEC, L PO, MAP, SBP and DBP in patients with hypertension were significantly lower than those before treatment; Statistical difference. There was a positive correlation between CEC and L PO before and after intervention in hypertension group. The correlation coefficient rb was 0.4227, P <0.05; ra = 0.554, P <0.01. CEC decline and L PO synchronization, covariance analysis to exclude the impact of blood pressure, CEC was significantly reduced (P <0.01). Conclusions Lipid peroxidation of EH may be one of the most important factors in endothelial injury. Perindopril may play an important role in the protection of vascular endothelial cells. In addition to antihypertensive effects, anti-oxidative effects may be an important pathway
