目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪、依那普利联合硝苯地平两种药物组合对老年原发性高血压的疗效。方法将100例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组服用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪40mg+12.4mg,每次一片,对反应不足的患者,剂量可增加至1次/d,每次两片,且此剂量为每日最大服用剂量,睡前服。对照组给予依那普利5mg口服,2次/d,联用硝苯地平缓释片10mg口服,2次/d。连续口服3d后,根据血压情况增减剂量,观察期4周。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者收缩压和舒张压均显著降低(P<0.05),两组之间收缩压和舒张压在治疗前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组50例中显效28例、有效15例,总有效率为86%;对照组50例中显效23例、有效18例,总有效率为82%。两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两组药物组合都能有效地治疗老年原发性高血压,疗效相当。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of irbesartan plus hydrochlorothiazide and enalapril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of senile essential hypertension. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group taking irbesartan hydrochloride hydrochlorothiazide 40mg +12.4 mg, one for each patient, the response to insufficient patients, the dose can be increased to 1 / d, two tablets at a time, and this dose is the daily maximum dose, before going to bed. Control group was given enalapril 5mg orally, 2 times / d, combined with nifedipine 10mg orally, 2 times / d. After continuous oral administration of 3d, according to blood pressure increase and decrease the dose, observation period of 4 weeks. Results Compared with those before treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were significantly decreased in both groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). The observation group of 50 cases markedly effective in 28 cases, effective in 15 cases, the total effective rate was 86%; control group of 50 cases markedly effective in 23 cases, effective in 18 cases, the total effective rate was 82%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both groups of drugs can effectively treat elderly patients with essential hypertension, with comparable efficacy.
