目的 探讨并总结超声检查对颈部神经源肿瘤的价值 ,进一步提高诊断准确性。方法 对 48例患者行术前超声检查 ,并与穿刺细胞学及术后病理结果进行对照分析。结果 47例良性颈部神经源肿瘤均为圆形或椭圆形肿物 ,边界清楚 ,内部回声均匀 ,其中多伴囊变 6 1.7% (2 9/ 47) ,其囊变形态也有一定特点 ;另 1例神经源肿瘤恶变 ,表现为肿物较大 ,边界不清 ,内部回声不均匀。彩超显示大部分病变血流较丰富 ,属II～III级 ,共计 39例 ,检测部分病灶内血流情况发现有一定的特点。结论 总结分析超声图像特点 ,注重颈部神经源肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断 ,其诊断正确率可达 85 % ,术前超声检查对诊断颈部神经源肿瘤很有价值。
Objective To investigate and summarize the value of ultrasonography in detecting cervical neurogenic tumors and to further improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods 48 patients underwent preoperative ultrasonography, and compared with the biopsy cytology and postoperative pathological results. Results 47 cases of benign cervical neurogenic tumors were round or oval tumor, the boundary is clear, the internal echo uniform, including multiple cyst changes 6 1.7% (29/47), the cystic deformity also has certain characteristics; the other One case of malignant tumor of neurogenic tumors, showed a larger tumor, the boundary is unclear, the internal echo is not uniform. Color Doppler ultrasound showed most of the lesions more abundant blood flow, which is Class II ~ III, a total of 39 cases, detection of some lesions within the blood flow found to have certain characteristics. Conclusion The characteristics of ultrasound images are summarized and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical neurogenic tumors are emphasized. The correct rate of diagnosis can reach 85%. Preoperative ultrasonography is valuable for the diagnosis of cervical neurogenic tumors.
