本文以湖北省制造业中25个行业作为研究对象,利用DEA-Malmquist指数分析法,对湖北省制造业在1999—2013年的全要素生产率进行分解,将全要素增长率分解为技术进步和技术效率进步两方面,对技术效率指数进一步分解为纯技术效率和规模效率指数。数据表明:湖北省制造业技术效率表现优于综合技术效率,全要素生产率的增长主要依靠技术进步效率拉动,技术效率进步对全要素生产率水平的提高所起到的作用较小。湖北地区应有效地适应新常态下的经济形式,完善本地区创新体制,把握“中国制造2025”的良好契机,优化本地区产业结构,提高企业管理水平,进一步清除阻碍全要素生产率水平提高的障碍,实现湖北省制造业的腾飞。
In this paper, 25 industries in manufacturing industry in Hubei Province as the research object, the use of DEA-Malmquist index analysis of the manufacturing sector in Hubei Province in 1999-2013 TFP decomposition, decomposition of total factor growth rate for technological progress and technology In terms of efficiency improvement, the technical efficiency index is further decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency index. Hubei should effectively adapt to the new normal economic forms, perfect the innovation system in the region, grasp the good opportunity of “Made in China 2025”, optimize the industrial structure in the region, improve the management level of enterprises, and further remove the obstacles that hinder the improvement of the level of total factor productivity The obstacles to achieve the take-off of manufacturing in Hubei Province.
